T-mobile wanted to evolve its successful mobile web portal to deliver a superior mobile Internet experience through increased freshness, relevance, and choice. The solution had to work across a plethora of mobile devices, and reach all T-mobile customers across Europe.
We gathered design requirements based on user research, usability testing, and competitive research. Two concepts were created, and tested with users to identify the features that would deliver the best user experience. A final concept was created based on user feedback, detailed and documented through wireframes and user flows. The concept was optimised for different device classes.
